Corporate Travel Technology Specialist

The Corporate Travel Technology Specialist will provide operation support of the Travel Leaders Network corporate technology initiatives.   Act as subject matter expert for corporate travel technology programs, including technology administration, consulting, training and reporting responsibilities.  Responsible for escalation support for corporate travel booking technologies.  Continuously look for new, more corporate travel technology services to add value to the Travel Leaders franchise network.

• Provides administration and escalation support of corporate travel booking engines, such as Concur, Certify and Deem to meet client needs.
• Gathers information from customers, evaluate their needs and create implementation solutions. 
• Manages multiple and complex customization requests from clients and travel agencies using both product development as well as GDS configuration tools.  Work directly with corporate travel technology vendor to resolve issues in a prioritized and timely manner.
• Performs as business to business sales and training tasks for corporate travel technology programs by working with the travel agency representatives, as well as presenting directly to corporate accounts.
• Acts as subject matter expert for corporate travel technology platforms to Travel Leaders’ travel agency franchises and internal staff.
• Other duties as assigned

• 1-3 years’ experience with Deem, Certify and/or Concur Travel corporate online booking software.
• Strong working knowledge of GDS systems preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills required along with strong business communication skills (both oral and written).
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to conduct training.
• Detailed oriented while coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous travel agency experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
