As an emPower Product Sales Specialist, educating TLN members on the benefits and offerings of emPower Cruise. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, identifying opportunities for new cruise sales.

Responsibilities

 

  • Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our emPower Cruise program to effectively communicate benefits and unique value propositions
  • Customer Engagement: Identify and engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and showcase how our emPower Cruise program meets those needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Utilize consultative selling techniques to guide members through the sales process, addressing concerns and highlighting product strengths
  • Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals through proactive outreach and strategic account management
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to

Qualifications

 

  • Associate Degree preferred or the equivalent job experience
  • Proven experience in sales, product representation, or account management.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to adapt to different customer needs.
  • Passion for helping customers succeed and a commitment to providing a high level of service
  • A results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and goals.
  • Knowledge of the cruise industry
  • 2-3 years sales experience
  • 3+ year travel industry experience – preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Organized and strong attention to detail
  • Experienced with MS Office and Salesforce
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
