Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsible for supporting the Quality Assurance efforts at the Products & Solutions Delivery department within Travel Leaders Group. Performs assessments on software quality through manual and automated testing along with responsibility for finding and reporting bugs and glitches. Provides support to ensure our applications and systems work correctly. Liaise with other team members within Quality Assurance as well as Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Business Owners. Reports to the QA Manager.

• Reviews and analyzes system specifications.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
• Executes test cases/scripts (manual or automated) and analyzes results
• Evaluates product code according to specifications
• Creates logs to document testing phases and defects
• Reports bugs and errors to development teams.
• Helps troubleshoot issues.
• Conducts post-release/post-implementation testing.
• Works with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
• Experience in different software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, etc.)
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of test management software and SQL
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills. Attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to understand the scope of project status, issues, and risks across multiple project
initiatives and platforms and determine the key points that need to be communicated and acted upon.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

A plus
• Familiarity with end-to-end integration and regression testing
