We are looking for a manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our travel technology team. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s mid-office automation (Concur Compleat) needs. The successful candidate will have a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of the industry as well as application best practices.

Responsibilities

Team Management

  • Manage automation teamwork processes, insuring team is meeting or exceeding SLAs.
  • Manage staff by training and coaching employees.
  • Ensure team has ample training, coaching, and support
  • Communicate job expectations and appraise performance
  • Report on team performance as needed by leadership

Organizational Effectiveness

  • Plan, organize, and evaluate mid office efficiencies and opportunities
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
  • Facilitate/participate as SME in meetings as needed

Qualifications

Industry Experience

  • At least 3 years of proven working experience as a manager/people manager or relevant experience
  • At least 5 years of thorough knowledge of mid-office system
  • At least 5 years of expertise in industry practices

 

Leadership Experience

  • Ability to manage personnel
  • Ability to prioritize and manage deliverables on time and with the highest level of quality

Soft Skills

  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills required to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
