Operations Support Admin

The person in this role will work directly with our clients. They will be responsible to keep reservations in balance.

• Double checking the accuracy of all bookings.
• Maintaining the balance due on reservations – Making sure reservations are up to date with the payments needed.
• Responsible to send final payment notice and work with client/s and the agent/s to make sure that proper amount and payment has been received.
• Contacting the cruise line and applying the final payment and making sure confirmations for the cruise is correct (zero balance) and record in AgentMate.
• Answering and directing phone calls.
• Communicating via email regarding any financial needs from the guests.
• Maintaining company charges are applied to correct statements.

• Excellent phone skills.
• The ability to work well with people and have a great attitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good math and calculator skills.
• Computer skills, including the ability to use the internet and email frequently.
• The ability to keep calm under pressure.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to function in a past-faced environment, under short time constraints, and within established deadlines.
