The Account Representative, Worldwide Hotel Program plays a key role in strengthening Internova Travel Group’s property-level hotel relationships and driving marketing engagement. This individual is responsible for servicing participating hotels, promoting enhanced marketing opportunities, and ensuring accurate rate loading and content to support sales efforts and increase program visibility. 

Responsibilities

 

Hotel Relationship Management 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel property contacts.
  • Promote participation in enhanced marketing packages to drive visibility and revenue.
  • Serve as a key liaison to educate hotel partners on Internova’s value proposition, sales channels, and global reach.
  • Collaborate with ITG Marketing to implement joint promotional initiatives and drive program adoption.
  • Represent Internova’s hotel programs and services at the property level with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Sales and Product Support 

  • Assist in resolving rate audit discrepancies and ensuring accurate GDS rate loading.
  • Source and manage compelling hotel content to support agency sales and distinguish Internova’s offerings.
  • Monitor and drive growth in hotel rate code utilization across existing partner properties.

Lead Management & Follow-Up 

  • Respond to inbound hotel inquiries from email mailboxes and other corporate touchpoints.
  • Qualify leads and follow up to convert inquiries into program participation and marketing sales.

Special Projects 

  • Contribute to departmental initiatives and strategic projects as assigned by leadership.
  • Provide timely updates and reporting on project outcomes and account developments.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience 
  • Previous experience in hotel sales (on-property or remote) strongly preferred. 
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is a plus 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a range based on the local market where the candidate would be working.  Many factors, such as years of experience, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. 

 

This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.
