Internova’s Partner Relations’ Marketing department is seeking to fill a new Digital Marketing Specialist position specializing in website content management and digital communications for the successful promotion and marketing of our exclusive travel programs and preferred partners. The experienced candidate will play a primary role in executing organic and paid content on our luxury website, in addition to supporting marketing and communications initiatives.

Responsibilities

Hands-on website content role responsible for managing the execution of editorial and paid marketing content in alignment with established editorial calendars and marketing strategies.

  • Responsible for the daily content management of the luxury website, including uploading, updating and optimizing existing content for various web pages, including articles and landing pages.
  • Coordinate with partners and internal teams to obtain assets and approvals.
  • Maintain content calendar.
  • Light copywriting and editing, coordination of visual assets, proofreading and fact-checking are required.
  • Must ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and target audience.
  • Supports best practices for engagement and search engine optimization.

Additional Marketing & Communications responsibilities:

  • Assist the Marketing team with the planning and coordination of internal marketing communications plans for distribution across multiple B2B and B2C channels.
  • Collaborate with team on the development and delivery of communication materials according to the communications calendar.
  • Support email marketing activities of program-specific advisor and partner newsletters, assisting with coordination, deployment, list selection, maintenance, testing and schedule organization.
  • Facilitate coordination and implementation of quarterly consumer newsletters.
  • Assist gathering of performance metrics and analysis.
  • Work Internova’s digital support services to open and manage relevant job requests as needed.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, Writing/Literature or Marketing, or equivalent of education plus experience.
  • 3-4 years of professional experience with an emphasis on website content management.
  • WordPress content management knowledge is a must.
  • Salesforce, Google Analytics and SEO/Yoast knowledge highly preferred.
  • Experience in the travel/tourism industry preferred.
  • Fluent in English – written and verbal. Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong eye for visual composition.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, handle details and manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously and under deadline.
