The incumbent will play a fundamental role in supporting the sales team and engaging with unmanaged members to drive preferred supplier sales, increase program adoption, and support dues outreach to maximize retention. Responsibilities include outbound calls, live training demonstrations and agency analysis to highlight areas of opportunities increasing retention. This role may require occasional travel to sales meetings and or Annual Conference.
