Analyst, Identity & Access Management

The Identity & Access Management Analyst will be responsible for following best practices of the Information Security Identity & Access Management (IAM) program within Internova Travel Group. The role will be a member of the Information Security Team responsible for enforcement of Identity & Access to Internova Travel Group systems and end users. •  Assist with administration, monitoring, enforcement, and operational support of Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems.
• Facilitate with Information Technology and Business teams of onboarding/offboarding processes for all technology platforms.
• Monitoring and administration of end users individual and group access privileges and restrictions.
• Conduct proper root cause analysis and make recommendations to prevent future occurrence of end user identify and access issues.
• Participate in projects to provide scalable and adaptable enterprise IAM solutions.
• Ensure adherence, without exception, to Information Security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Provide input to current Information Security practices and future requirements for PCI, ISO, SOC, SOX, NIST and other frameworks.
• Administer access control devices, behavioral analytics, and adaptive access to IAM solutions.
• Work within a team environment of Information Security Identity and Access Management Analysts and other team members.
• Drive awareness of IAM standards among product and business owners
• Additional duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of experience in Information Security or Information Technology related field.
• Strong knowledge of IAM products including Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity,ManageEngine ADManager and similar tools.
• Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. Ability to apply policies and procedures to solve everyday company issues.
• Critically understanding the Company’s operations, business drivers, systems, and values.
• Ability to proactively recognize and implement superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with PCI, ISO, SOC, SOX, NIST and similar frameworks.
• Strong familiarity with Windows Desktop and Server environments.
• Experience with IDS/IPS platforms a plus.
• Experience with SIEM platforms a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a range based on the local market where the candidate would be working.  Many factors, such as years of experience, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. 

This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.
