The VP, Advisor Success, Entertainment Travel is responsible for driving the overall Production and Entertainment strategy for our Independent Contractor Group. This includes analyzing the market, building a growth plan (including offshore), and measuring growth of the program.
The VP is responsible for delivering the highest quality advisor support with the most robust, knowledgeable support team in the industry, fully versed in the needs of the advisor. Manage a team of managers and directors who manage a portfolio of advisors and assist them with business needs from triage to growth to account management. Responsible for advisor growth, engagement, and retention.
