Responsibilities

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Ticketing and Fulfillment Support Specialist role, is responsible for:

  • Support the fulfillment of our agents PNR’s which may include booking, managing, ticketing, quality control, building pricing records and processing exchanges
  • Provide fulfillment assistance via phone, email and fax for customer reservations
  • Must be able to maintain a level of knowledge of airline routes, regulations and other industry requirements
  • Validate commissions for customers and collect missed commissions.
  • QC most of the reservations to be able to minimize errors and coaching when needed.
  • Identify recurrent errors agents make and direct them on the correct direction
  • Work with Revenue Management in order to validate commissions for customers and collect missed commissions.
  • Set and manage priorities with multiple bookings, schedule changes and exchanges
  • Be point of contact with Canada and US team
  • Help to review Debit Memos when requested and also with ARC requirements
  • Be a point of contact between the online booking tool vendor and Nexion
  • Based on workflow suggest team schedules
  • Works on problems of moderate to high complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors    

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Requirements 

  • 2+ years Sabre GDS Domestic & International knowledge and a good understanding of airline ticketing.
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure and error free.
  • Previous Travel Agency experience preferred.
  • Passionate about customer service and finding solutions.
  • Available during business hours, but willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Team player that enjoys assisting travel agents to help them be successful.
