Job Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will support the day-to-day accounting functions related to Altour Air transactions,
ensuring accurate recording, timely processing, and proper documentation. This role will work closely with the
operations and finance teams to reconcile accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Process daily operational accounting entries including invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
• Assist in reconciling bank accounts, credit card statements, and vendor balances.
• Verify accuracy of operational transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain organized records of operational and financial documentation.
• Support the preparation of operational cost reports and profitability analysis.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve discrepancies in trip costs, vendor charges, or client billing.
• Track and process supporting documentation for operational projects, including contracts, purchase
orders, and trip expense backup.
• Provide general administrative and accounting support to the finance and operations teams.
• 1-3 years of experience with basic accounting functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Intermediate to Advance Excel Skills
• Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 2- or 4-year degree in finance or accounting preferred but not required
• Experience in Agresso and NetSuite a plus
• Knowledge of the travel industry

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a range based on the local market where the candidate would be working. Many factors, such as years of experience, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
