YES (Your Event Solutions), part of ALTOUR, is looking for a PR & Social Media Manager to help raise our profile across the global MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions/Events) space, with a strong focus on growing brand awareness.

We deliver corporate and experiential events for some of the world’s best-known brands across finance, tech, pharma, FMCG, beauty and luxury. We’re looking for someone who can tell great stories about the work we do, whether it’s a global conference, an incentive trip, or a creative activation.

What you’ll do

  • Manage PR across our events agency business globally.
  • Build relationships with media in the MICE, hospitality, travel and creative sectors.
  • Write press releases, case studies, feature stories, award entries and thought-leadership pieces.
  • Support executive visibility through commentary, interviews and speaker opportunities.
  • Manage our global social channels - focusing on LinkedIn and Instagram, while growing our presence on TikTok, YouTube and other emerging platforms.
  • Capture content at key events and work with teams globally to gather stories and assets.
  • Track coverage and share of voice.

What you’ll bring

  • PR/social experience in events, MICE, corporate comms or agency roles.
  • Strong writing skills - comfortable across corporate and creative styles.
  • Experience managing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Reels and YouTube.
  • Gen Z-savvy and confident spotting and using social trends.
  • Able to work with teams across markets and juggle multiple projects.
  • Organised, proactive and collaborative.

Why this role
You’ll help shape how YES shows up in the industry - while working with a fun, fast-moving team on a really varied mix of client events.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years’ experience in PR, social media, or communications, ideally within events, MICE, corporate communications, or agency environments.
  • Strong writing abilities across corporate press releases, feature stories, award entries, executive commentary, and social captions.
  • Confident managing LinkedIn + Instagram, with proven experience developing content for TikTok, YouTube, Reels, and short-form video formats.
  • A digital native or Gen Z–savvy communicator who understands how trends evolve and how to translate them into brand-relevant storytelling.
  • Ability to balance B2B corporate communication with creative experiential storytelling.
  • Experience securing media coverage and building relationships across diverse sectors.
  • Highly organised and comfortable working across multiple time zones and markets.
  • A proactive storyteller who can identify strong angles from complex client projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

PAY AND BENEFITS

  • Competitive salary
  • Discretionary bonus programme based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Hybrid working options
  • BUPA Health and Dental Plans

  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Hotel Agent Rates access

Many factors, such as years of experience, geographical location, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.  If the job posting indicates that the role is available for international candidate consideration, the salary range will be based on the local market for the country where the candidate would be working.
