Job Summary:
The Partner Analytics Analyst (Cruise, Tour & Destinations) is a hands-on role focused on cleaning, augmenting, and
analyzing cruise, tour, and destination data and turning it into dashboards, reporting, and decks used by Partner
Relations, Finance, and divisions.
This role spends most of its time in analytics tools and reporting platforms, building repeatable data processes and
producing clear outputs that help teams understand performance and take action.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Data ingestion, cleaning and reference data maintenance
· Ensure cruise, tour and destination data is ingested, normalized and maintained for reporting.
· Build and maintain repeatable processes to clean and augment data (including supplier names, destination
mappings and other key reference tables).
· Monitor data quality issues, investigate root causes, and fix or flag issues quickly.
2. Dashboards and self-serve reporting
· Build and maintain dashboards so Partner Relations, Finance and divisions can easily access up-to-date
performance data.
· Define and document key metrics and views so reporting is consistent and easy to interpret.
3. Ad-hoc analysis and recurring materials
· Provide ad-hoc analysis to support partner negotiations, planning and internal decision making.
· Produce recurring decks and materials for cruise/tour/destination commercial meetings and Finance performance
tracking.
· Continuously improve recurring reporting by reducing manual steps and improving clarity.
4. Third-party data preparation
· Prepare data extracts for third parties, ensuring outputs are consistent, accurate and high quality.
· Run quality checks and reconcile against internal reporting to avoid inconsistencies.
5. Opportunity spotting and communication
· Identify trends, gaps and opportunities in the data and proactively share them
· Support the creation of simple performance stories and visuals that are credible and easy to use in conversations
with partners.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a range based on the local market where the candidate would be working. Many factors, such as years of experience, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.
