Responsibilities

Provide leadership for Travel Leaders Network’s Air, Car, and GDS programs, driving strategies that optimize member participation and deliver measurable revenue growth. Champion initiatives that strengthen supplier partnerships, enhance member success, and align with Internova’s broader objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence and position TLN as a market leader in air and GDS solutions.

  •  Strategic Negotiation & Partnership Management: Lead high-level negotiations of GDS hosting agreements with TLN Members, ensuring optimal terms and timely financial reconciliation to maximize profitability.
  • Revenue Optimization: Develop and execute strategies that align suppliers and TLN Members within the network to drive incremental revenue and strengthen performance.
  • Program Development & Implementation: Oversee the onboarding and integration of new TLN Associate ARC branches, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and seamless access to airline agreements.
  • Performance Management: Facilitate monthly TLN Air Branch strategy sessions, providing actionable insights and detailed override performance reports to branch owners to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Industry Representation: Serve as a key representative for TLN air programs at Travel Leaders events, articulating program value to members and supplier partners to foster engagement and loyalty.
  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead annual budget forecasting for air, car, and GDS revenue streams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Conduct quarterly business reviews with supplier partners, delivering data-driven performance insights and actionable strategies to address gaps and accelerate mutual growth.
  • Sponsorship & Marketing Leadership: Drive sponsorship opportunities and collaborate with events and industry relations teams to maximize funding opportunities and enhance supplier visibility.
  • Contractual Oversight: Manage GDS relationships on behalf of Internova, overseeing agreements from negotiation through auditing, and ensuring accurate reporting of segment production to Finance.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years travel industry experience.
  • Possess a strong understanding of how ARC, IATAN, and the GDS work.
  • 7+ years of customer service experience with the ability to handle the escalated service issues and push preferred partners to provide resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills including presentation skills, writing skills, etc.
  • Quantitative skills to analyze and evaluate proposals/contracts which results in mutually beneficial outcomes for Members and headquarters.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Up to 10% travel
