The SNAP team is looking for an Analyst, part of the Air Revenue Management Team, participating in day-to-day revenue management activities, interacting with staff, house agents and independent contractors. Successful candidates will demonstrate superior customer service and analytical abilities across the BU's brands.
•Maintain expert understanding of air programs, discounts, commission, nets, upgrades, private fares.
• Work independently and with peers to answer agent inquiries on air programs in a professional and timely manner. Act as a credible and knowledgeable resource for agents.
• Maximize revenue and value for agents and business units by promoting preferred programs and vendors, analyzing and presenting most logical and alternate options.
• Enthusiastically take on multiple tasks focusing on efficiency, accuracy, time management, and internal customer service consistent with company goals and standards.
• Understand and follow air industry booking, ticketing, accounting and compliance standards.
• Support the fulfillment of our agents PNR’s which may include booking, managing, ticketing, quality control, building pricing records and processing exchanges
• Provide fulfillment assistance via phone, email and fax for customer reservations
• QC most of the reservations to be able to minimize errors and coaching when needed.
• Works on problems of moderate to high complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
• High school diploma required. 2-5 years frontline agency sales, operations or rate-desk experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Thorough knowledge of travel agency operations including ARC, fares, ticketing, exchanges, refunds, accounting, reporting and technology required.
• Ability to meet and exceed deadlines, providing accurate quality work, make independent judgments and decisions while taking ownership of job responsibilities.
• Technical skills - Strong knowledge of SABRE GDS is required. Other GDS (Worldspan, Amadeus, Apollo) knowledge a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook applications.
• Customer Orientation- establishes and maintains long-term internal customer relationships, building trust and credibility by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
• Must be self-starter and flexibility with schedule; workdays, hours is expected.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a range based on the local market where the candidate would be working. Many factors, such as years of experience, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.
