Job Summary:

Travel Leaders Network is searching for an organized and detail-oriented marketing specialist to assist in the process
flow of jobs executed by our in-house creative team. The candidate will be an integral part of our creative studio and
will work closely with designers, copywriters, account managers and other internal colleagues to aid in the creation of
print and digital assets through an online job tracking system and will also help to organize and manage all digital
assets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with project management in Robohead, to include maintaining request forms and project templates,
reporting and assigning tasks
• Serve as the primary backup Robohead administrator as needed by the Marketing Manager
• Utilize reporting tools to administer project progress reports, oversee the team’s time-tracking and create
monthly invoices
• Route multi-supplier jobs and fill in information gaps
• Manage our digital asset management system (Canto) to include updating logos, brand guidelines, stock
images and setting up new portals
• Organize and manage SOPs for creative team
• Help with basic copywriting and production tasks as needed
• Assist with writing and/or assigning agent profiler bios
• Assist in content editing for promotion pages and blog posts on travelleaders.com

• Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Marketing or related field
• 1-3 years experience working with print and digital content
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel
• Command of time management, handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
• Exceptional communication and proofreading skills, adhering to AP Style guidelines
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Travel industry experience or travel writing a plus

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a range based on the local market where the candidate would be working.  Many factors, such as years of experience, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. 

This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.
