Job Summary:
Travel Leaders Network is currently seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Content Creator – Organic Social
Media to join our Digital Marketing team. You will be an integral part of the day-to-day development, execution and
strategy of our organic Social Media & digital marketing campaigns including writing content, creation of graphics,
short form video such as Instagram Reels, TikTok’s, Facebook and Instagram Live’s, scheduling content, engaging
with consumers across social channels, monitoring analytics, reporting and more. This role will also support our Social
Media Programs such as Social Share and Social Share Pro in content creation and strategy, program management
servicing thousands of travel advisors and agencies member agencies who use this distributed social content solution
to power their local social media channels across the US and Canada.
This role manages our social influencer programs across internal employees and travel advisors who provide in person
live social coverage for major travel industry events and supplier and destination discovery trips. You will be deeply
involved in our Social Media Influencer programs such as Social Lab, Creator Circle and Content Immersions creating
and distributing content, writing and designing marketing materials, hosting webinars, providing training and support
and more.
This role will be perfect for someone who is creative in the social media space, up-to-date and acts quickly on social
media trends, is comfortable being the face and voice of our business in Facebook Live’s, Reels & TikTok’s. You also
have a knack for working with our member travel agencies in helping them to create social media content that inspires
consumers to book travel with a travel agent vs. on their own. If the idea of creating social media content for a fabulous

This role will be a remote work from home role with a variety of domestic and international travel requirements. In this
role at Travel Leaders, you will work across business units and brands with a variety of departments, including Creative
Studio, Account Management, Technology and Sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• SOCIAL SHARE and SOCIAL SHARE PRO – Support and create content for our subscription based
distributed social content platform that posts social media on behalf of thousands of member agencies to their
local social channels.
• TIKTOK, REELS & SHORT FORM VIDEO – Develop short form video content such as Reels, TikTok,
YouTube Shorts, etc. Not only will you strategize and create ideas, you will also create content and publish it
across social media channels.
• EVERY DAY CONTENT – Coordinate strategy and creation of every day social content in alignment with our
business, travel trends and travel advisors as well as what drives the highest engagement rates, leads,
impressions, etc.
• WRITE & DESIGN – You are not afraid to write or design not only content for Social Media channels. You’ll
also be responsible for monthly emails, webinars, pages within the intranet, travelleaders.com and more. You
are very thoughtful in curating the proper voice, tone and copy based on the target audience, topics, etc.
• BIG IDEAS –Strategize, create and execute social media content ideas that can fill the needs of our consumer
facing marketing channels as well as generating content for hundreds of travel agents and agencies to use to
drive business (booking travel for consumers). You love to think outside of the box and create something new
that you can create from start to finish.
• REPORTING & ANALYTICS – Create analytics reporting on all organic social content to identify social trends
and performance across a variety of content types, brands, etc. You will be deeply involved in analytics and
performance metrics in order to guide you in social strategies and content creation that drives continued
performance improvements.
• SCHEDULE & PUBLISH – You will be responsible for scheduling and publishing all consumer facing organic
social content across a variety of social media channels, brands and tools both internally and externally.
• INFLUENCE – Must be comfortable being the face, voice and personality for our network of travel agents
across consumer facing marketing channels, webinars, emails, in-person events and more.
• TEAM PLAYER – You will be an excellent ringleader in sharing your creative content and ideas with the team
as well as celebrating results. You thrive in a team environment filled with collaboration, ideation, vision and
big ideas and are forward thinking. If you see an opportunity, you are not afraid to grab it, getting involved in
a variety of projects in the Social and Digital space.
• TRAVEL – This role will require 15% travel both within the US and Internationally. You must be willing to travel
to our offices across the country, are comfortable cruising, are familiar with international travel, attending
annual conferences, etc.
• You are passionate about social media content creation – you get excited at the idea of creating content that
drives high performance metrics.
• Obsessed with social media: Facebook, Instagram & TikTok primarily. You quickly grasp at new social
media platforms like Threads, etc. You are also an avid user er of other social channels.
• Very well written and spoken – Attention to detail and well thought out copy are extremely important in this
role.
• Understand that perception is very important. You will become the face and voice of our business across
consumer facing social media channels is your jam.
• Belief that the best social content is created to meet consumers where they are.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent (required)
• 3+ years digital marketing or social media experience
• Proven self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Demonstrated strong communication and/or sales skills with a variety of audiences
• Experience in the travel and/or tourism industry a plus
• Must be extremely organized and able to work on many programs simultaneously
• Up to 15% Domestic and International travel

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a range based on the local market where the candidate would be working. Many factors, such as years of experience, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.
