This is a hands-on management role for an experienced senior .NET engineer who can manage and mentor developers while remaining close to the code. The manager will translate business priorities into reliable software, help guide technical decisions, improve engineering discipline, and partner with product, delivery, infrastructure, security, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, user-focused solutions.
A primary focus of this role is to ensure that AgentMate is secure, compliant, reliable, maintainable, and operationally sound, with particular emphasis on PCI requirements, application security, vulnerability management, secure development practices, access controls, data protection, and remediation of security risks.
The manager works closely with Information Security, Infrastructure, QA, Product, Delivery, and business stakeholders to ensure development activities meet established security, compliance, architectural, quality, and operational standards.
