  • Coordinate multiple partner campaigns and deliverables simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with contracted commitments.
  • Partner with Creative, Marketing, Events, Analytics, and other internal teams to move campaigns from planning through execution.
  • Review campaign assets and deliverables for accuracy, partner alignment, brand standards, and contractual requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Support

  • Collaborate across Internova business units and functional teams to support the successful execution of Destination Partner programs and initiatives.
  • Support assigned cross-functional or team-wide areas of responsibility, helping facilitate communication, coordination, and consistent processes across the Destinations team.
  • Maintain and share relevant updates, resources, tools, and process information related to assigned functional areas.
  • Partner with fellow Account Managers to ensure information and best practices are communicated consistently across the team.
  • Contribute to team-wide initiatives, events, process improvements, and special projects as assigned.

  • Coordinate collection and analysis of campaign performance data, KPIs, and proof of performance.
  • Develop comprehensive partner recaps that demonstrate campaign delivery, results, and overall partnership value.
  • Use performance insights to inform partner conversations, renewals, and future account recommendations.
