Job Summary:
Internova Travel Group is one of the largest travel companies in the world, and its scale generates a huge amount of
data about how travel is booked and sold. This role exists to make more of that data usable. Working across our
partner agencies and distribution partners, it brings more of their data into our systems, closes the gaps in what we
collect, and makes sure the rates and programmes we negotiate reach all of the agencies they should.
The role combines hands-on work with data and regular contact with agencies in the US and internationally. It involves
finding where data is missing or incomplete and working with partners to put it right, so the wider business has a more
complete and reliable basis for its commercial decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Close data gaps by working with partner agencies to onboard them to our data systems.
• Secure the data-sharing agreements we need from partner agencies, both in the US and internationally.
• Work with our distribution partners to make sure the data we are entitled to is coming through correctly and
completely.
• Run regular checks to spot where data is missing or dropping off and follow up to put it right.
• Build and maintain a reliable record of our agencies so that our negotiated rates and programmes reach all of
them.
• Act as a key contact for agencies on data matters — explaining the benefits, answering questions, and working
through any concerns.
• Partner with our commercial and analytics teams to prioritize the work and track progress.
Education, Knowledge and Skills:
• Global Distribution System (GDS) knowledge is essential, ideally across more than one system.
• A good grasp of data, and comfort working with large datasets to spot gaps and errors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to work with partners in the US and
around the world.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• An understanding of travel agency operations and distribution is an advantage.
• Awareness of data privacy considerations is an advantage.
Pay and Benefits
Our benefit offerings include medical insurance, meal tickets, transportation allowance, paid time off, discounted employee travel options, access to LinkedIn Learning webinars and courses.
The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a range based on the local market where the candidate would be working. Many factors, such as years of experience, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.
